Orders are typically processed within 1 day of receiving payment and are subject to product availability.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer shipping as fast one day but expect shipping to take a maximum of 7 business days.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Please contact us if you have trouble during during checkout regarding your address or any other problems.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are a flat rate of $3.
Orders over $25 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States and Canada.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier delays, may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Nordic, we take pride in providing high-quality biodegradable waste bags and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 24 hours after product arrived to shipping destination. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
Contact us on the Contact page, select Return from the drop down menu. Fill out all the information and the reason for return. We will review your request and guide you through the return process if eligible.
3. Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for the same or a similar product.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours and may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened waste bags unless they are found to be damaged or defective.
